As of December 1, 2016, we have replaced the plastic MUM Alumni Association card with the MUM AlumCard iPhone/Android benefits app that features all of the on-campus benefits of the old card: discounts at the Golden Dome Market, the MUM bookstore, and the MUM Recreation Center.

In addition, the MUM AlumCard and it’s associated website allow MUM Alumni to receive discounts on thousands of merchants all over the country, including Fairfield. That means that alumni will obtain practical benefits wherever they are, not just when they are in Fairfield.

The MUM AlumCard features digital coupons that appear right on your phone that you can show to any participating merchant in order to get their discount offers. The website also allows you to print out coupons to show participating merchants.

When we signed up to get the MUM AlumCard for you, we noted that many Fairfield area merchants already had discount offers on this platform, but we have recruited many more already, and are adding them to the program daily.

We have also aggregated a directory of organic, sustainable, vegan and other recommended vendors on the program that we encourage you to support as good planetary citizens.

To get access to use the MUM AlumCard and the website we ask that you update your Alumni contact information and we will send you all of the information on to download and access your new MUM AlumCard.

2To evaluate the potential value of the MUM AlumCard, you can go to the bottom of the website and click on the “How Much Can I Save” graphic on the lower right.

What to do if I don't have a smartphone?

If you don’t have a smartphone you can still use the website component of this service to search for merchants in your area, print out coupons and get discounts. To get started all we ask is that you update your contact information with us. Once you do that you will receive your member number and instructions on how to sign up online.

You can still use your old MUM Alumni Benefits card to access on campus benefits without bringing in a coupon. If you don’t have a smartphone, live in Fairfield and don’t have a copy of the old card, send your name, address and year of graduation to and I’ll take care of it.
